Syngenta rolls out new corn hybrids

Syngenta Seeds, Inc. has introduced 140 new corn hybrids, which include 41 showcasing the Agrisure Viptera 3111 trait stack, business officers say.

These new hybrids will be offered by Garst, Golden Harvest and NK Seeds. The new hybrids, out there for planting in 2011, offer growers more selections to optimize yield general performance below different escalating situations and soil kinds.

“Syngenta is giving growers a far more full lineup of superb corn hybrids for 2011, developed on the top rated-line genetics, reducing-edge technologies and demonstrated general performance of our a few seed manufacturers,” states Eric Boersma, Corn Portfolio Supervisor in a university report. “With the breadth of our expanded corn portfolio, growers will be equipped to come across the hybrids they’re trying to get to prosper in their fields and optimize yields.”

Syngenta is primarily psyched to introduce 41 hybrids obtainable with the Agrisure Viptera 3111 trait stack. The Agrisure Viptera 3111 trait stack brings together the Agrisure Viptera trait with the Agrisure 3000GT triple stack. This breakthrough corn trait package controls more pests than any other trait mixture on the market place. The Agrisure Viptera 3111 trait stack not only controls 14 pests but also improves grain top quality. Corn earworm, which historically has had no viable control remedy, is highly prone to the Agrisure Viptera trait.

Other trait variations inside of the new item line-ups contain the Agrisure 3000GT triple stack, the Agrisure GT/CB/LL trait stack and the Agrisure GT trait, Syngenta leaders say.
