“The Poseidon is a slicing edge plane that will perform a variety of tasks such as anti-submarine warfare maritime and overland intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance and support to search and rescue missions,” Pyne claimed.
The eighth unit is specifically-outfitted to allow for RAAF to obtain handy details to analyze the daily life of the plane and detect what can be done to sustain it further. Defense industry minister Linda Reynolds mentioned the Poseidon plane will not only participate in an important position in protecting border protection but also in boosting opportunities for defense market and generating positions.
